1. About

2. Original Artwork

Each original painting is an individual, hand-painted work of art created by LL. Due to differences in screen settings and device displays, colours may vary slightly from those seen on your monitor. Every effort is made to present artwork as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions.The dimensions, medium and framing details are stated on each artwork listing.

3. Limited Edition Prints

Where offered, limited edition and hand-embellished prints are produced in strictly limited quantities.
Edition numbers, sizes and specifications are detailed on the individual product pages. Once an edition has sold out, no further prints of that edition will be produced.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).Prices may be changed without notice, however any confirmed order will be honoured at the price paid at the time of purchase.Prices do not include international customs duties or import taxes where applicable.

5. Payment

Payment is securely processed through the payment providers available on this website. LL Art does not store or have access to your payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

United Kingdom. Complimentary UK delivery is included with all original paintings unless otherwise stated. Artwork will be carefully packaged, tracked and insured to ensure it arrives safely.

International Orders International shipping is available.
Please contact me before purchasing so that I can provide an accurate shipping quotation and discuss any customs requirements applicable to your country.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may be payable upon delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Packaging

Every artwork is professionally packaged using protective materials appropriate for fine art.
Every effort is made to ensure artwork reaches you in perfect condition.

8. Certificate of Authenticity
All original paintings are supplied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Limited edition prints are supplied with a certificate where stated

9. Returns & Cancellations

I hope you will be delighted with your artwork.
If you change your mind, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order.
The artwork must be returned within 14 days of notifying me.

Returned artwork must be:

• in its original condition

• in its original packaging where possible

• undamaged

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been safely received and inspected.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

• photographs of the artwork

• photographs of the packaging

• details of the damage

This allows me to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

11. Copyright

Copyright in all artwork, images, photographs, videos and written content remains the property of LL unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, published or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, branding and website content are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

13. Commissions

Where commissions are accepted, separate written terms regarding payment schedules, approval stages, delivery times and cancellations will be agreed before work begins. Commissions are non returnable and non refundable 

14. Privacy

Personal information is used solely for processing orders, responding to enquiries and, where consent has been given, sending occasional updates. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order or where required by law. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further information.

15. Limitation of Liability

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website.
LL  shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
